- What happens after I pay?
- Stripe sends a receipt and Marble sends a sign-in link to the same email within a minute. The link opens Marble and signs you in. Download the app from the link on the confirmation page if you have not already.
- What's the refund policy?
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions—reply to the receipt or write to support. After that, cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from Settings → Account → Manage subscription, which opens your Stripe portal. One click.
- Do I need an API key?
- No. The subscription covers the assistant. If you already have an OpenAI or Anthropic key you can use it instead, and the app works without a subscription in that mode.
- Is there a usage limit?
- A generous monthly allowance that covers heavy daily use. If you reach it the assistant pauses until the next month and the editor keeps working. Fewer than one in fifty users should ever see it.
- Where are my notes?
- Markdown files in a folder you choose on your Mac. Marble never uploads your notes except the text you send to the assistant when you ask it something, and that text is not stored by Marble or used for training.
- Which Macs?
- macOS 26 or later on Apple silicon.
- Mobile or sync?
- Not yet. Both are on the roadmap. Your notes are plain files, so iCloud Drive or any sync tool works today.
